Kosheri, Rashed & Riad – Legal Consultants & Attorneys at Law “KRR” is one of the leading middle eastern law firms in the region, practicing in the field of dispute resolution, more specifically international arbitration. Founded by three eminent figures in arbitration, Dr. Tarek Riad, the late Dr. Ahmed Kosheri, and the late Dr. Samia Rashed. Currently, the managing partner of KRR is Dr. Tarek Fouad Riad “TFR”.

Dr. El Kosheri, the Founding Partner of KRR, was the Vice Chairman of the ICC Court of Arbitration from 1998 until 2009 and was the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Cairo Regional Arbitration Centre in addition to being member of its Board of Trustees and a member of ICCA.

TFR was the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Dubai International Arbitration Centre “DIAC” and a member of DIAC’s Board of Trustees. Furthermore, TFR is an alternate member of the ICC Court of International Arbitration in addition to being member of the International Chamber of Commerce World Business Law Institute Scientific Council, a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and member of the ICCA. TFR is also a designated member of the ICSID panel of arbitrators. In short, KRR’s partners are currently involved with four arbitration institutions, the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, ICC Court of Arbitration, Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration.

Recently, TFR has been selected as the Vice-President of the Management Committee of Mediation and Arbitration Center Established by Union of Arab Bank (UAB) since 2024 until now.
